What is the difference between a chronograph and a chronometer?
A chronograph has hands displaying hours, minutes, and seconds, and is equipped with a mechanical device for measuring elapsed time, which can be shown by the central chronograph second hand, capable of recording time down to the second, and often includes minute and hour accumulation (not mandatory).
A chronometer is a watch whose movement has successfully passed the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute) precision tests at different angles and temperatures, earning a certification issued by the institute. These tests take at least 15 days.

What are the functions of the buttons on a chronograph watch?
These buttons are used to start or stop the chronograph function and reset the chronograph hands to zero. Generally, the button at the 2 o'clock position starts and stops the timing function.
In luxury watches, some chronographs feature a single-button design.

Other Common Questions
Most mechanical watches that are not certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute have an average error between -1 and +11 seconds per day. The accuracy of a mechanical movement depends on the wearer's habits and may vary. A certified watchmaker can adjust the watch's error to meet the standard.
Your watch provides excellent timing. If you have any issues with its functions or adjustments, the video guides below will explain clearly. These guides are created by expert watchmakers with 3D animations for better understanding.
For technical and quality reasons, we do not provide parts directly to users. We have global services offering professional support to meet high-quality standards.
The water resistance of a watch cannot be guaranteed permanently. It may be affected by the aging of seals or impacts to components like crowns, buttons, and crystals.
We recommend annual water resistance checks at an authorized service center.

The power reserve of an automatic watch depends on the wearer's arm movements. When fully wound, it typically lasts between 44 to 60 hours.
We suggest manual winding if you haven’t worn it for several days.
