Why Your Watch Needs Proper Care

A watch is crafted to stand the test of time. With regular maintenance, it can accompany you for life with lasting precision and beauty. Service frequency depends on usage and environment. For example, water resistance may weaken due to aging gaskets or impact. We recommend an annual water-resistance check and a full service every 2 to 5 years. Our service center is happy to care for your watch and answer any questions.

Extended Warranty

Up to 2 Years Warranty with Every Service

Each service includes a 12 to 24-month extended warranty. If any issue arises during this period due to service-related faults, we will repair or replace parts at our discretion, free of charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidents, neglect, or third-party repairs. Repairs by unauthorized centers void this warranty.

Full Service Procedure

A full service restores both the function and aesthetic of your watch. This includes disassembly, inspection, and replacement of worn movement components.

Key Steps in the Service Process

Step 1

Open the case and remove the crown using the winding stem. Then extract the movement, dial, and hands.

Step 2

Perform a basic inspection to assess the watch’s actual condition and performance.

Step 3

Remove the bracelet or strap.

Step 4

Disassemble the case components, including the crystal, bezel, pushers, helium valve, gaskets, and other external parts.。

Step 5

Re-polish the case and metal bracelet to original manufacturing specifications (polished and brushed finish).

Step 6

Clean the metal case and bracelet.

Step 7

Reassemble the case. If necessary, replace the crystal, bezel, crown, pushers, helium escape valve, and gaskets (excluding special mineral or sapphire crystals and precious metal parts).

Step 8

Restore water resistance using the above components.

Step 9

Remove the dial and hands from the movement.

Step 10

Disassemble the movement into individual components.

Step 11

Identify worn or damaged movement parts.

Step 12

Repair or replace worn parts. For movements without a serial number, we will upgrade to the latest version if possible.

Step 13

Clean the disassembled movement using a specialized cleaning machine.

Step 14

Inspect the cleanliness of the movement.

Step 15

Reassemble and lubricate the movement according to technical standards.

Step 16

Test movement functions according to quality standards.

Step 17

Adjust the movement's accuracy.

Step 18

Install the dial and replace hands if necessary.

Step 19

Insert the movement and install the dial and hands.

Step 20

Fully wind the mechanical watch and calibrate accuracy to standard.

Step 21

Close the case and conduct water resistance testing.

Step 22

Set the correct time and inspect the watch’s functionality and appearance after assembly.

Step 23

After 24 hours, verify the watch's timekeeping precision and stability.

Step 24

Measure the running time to test the mechanical watch's power reserve.

Step 25

Install the bracelet or strap.

Step 26

Perform final inspection before returning to the customer.
